Transportation Recruiting & Retention Conferences
Learn from industry EXPERTS.
Every year since 2002, hundreds of leaders from transportation companies across the country make plans to attend the annual recruiting and retention conference held in Nashville, Tennessee, presented by ACS Advertising and the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA), the 69 year-old member-driven organization dedicated to representing the interests of truckload carriers.
Launched as a small workshop for a handful of recruiting directors and managers, the conference has grown to a multimedia experience -- topping 450 in attendance at last count. Consistently, the event features some of the industry’s most knowledgeable authorities including Bill Webb, Dan Baker, Kelly Anderson and others discussing the subjects of finding, attracting, hiring and retaining driving professionals. The combined knowledge and expertise of ACS and TCA mean a variety of topics and issues are explored. These topics have included such themes as advertising strategies, technology tools, proven tactics and untapped resources for helping recruiting professionals on the job.
